Join us (in-person) for a healing breath circle in honor of the last full moon of 2022. We’ll begin with a grounding and centering meditation, followed by group sharing and an active breathing meditation.

Through rhythmic, steady breathing, this practice helps us shift from the active thinking mind, into the experience of presence and awareness in the body, which leads to increased clarity, emotional cleansing, and enhanced mind-body connection.
