About the Event

Are you living the life you want to be living?

The new year is the perfect time to commit to living better. Ayurveda offers an array of knowledge, practices, and guidelines for living a balanced life, and achieving harmony in our bodies and minds.

But all of these tools, techniques, and teachings can be difficult to navigate and implement, especially when we don’t understand how they work, or why they’re supposedly effective.

In this course, we’ll explore 3 pillars of Ayurveda in-depth:

Philosophy: Ayurvedic Perspectives of Life and Longevity

Nutrition: How to Eat for Your Unique Constitution

Lifestyle: How to Optimize Your Daily Routine as the Foundation for Living Better

Whether your aim is to improve your diet, reduce symptoms, commit to better self-care, or manage stress more effectively, this course will give you the foundations, tools, and practices to help you embody your own version of Ayurveda, and make it work for you.
