The Winter Solstice is always an auspicious event, marking the shortest day of the year and the re-emergence of light. This is a powerful time for ceremony, connection, and clarifying intentions so that new visions can begin to take shape. 

During this event, we'll explore our intentions through journaling and sharing, and practice an ancient healing breath to align mind, body, and spirit.

You'll need a notebook (or pen + paper) and a quiet, safe space to breathe and feel.
