About the Event

Our next class series will begin January 3rd and continue through March 27th, 2024. Weekly classes meet Wednesdays from 6-7:15pm at Two Hearts Studio.

Registration for the 13-week series is $260.

When your body experiences an injury or trauma, it compensates by reorganizing movement patterns in order to avoid triggering pain. Over time, this can lead to joint rigidity and/or hypermobility, which is often accompanied with chronic pain.

This method of yoga aims at restoring healthy joint mobility in a safe and gentle way, while also enhancing body awareness and perception. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this practice balances vata, which aids in stress management and rejuvenates the nervous system. You will find improved circulation, vitality, enhanced mobility, and freedom from pain.

Drop-ins to individual classes (space permitting) are $30 ($25 if you are registered in another class series at Two Hearts).
