Description

The therapeutic combination of Abhyanga and Shirodhara is traditionally given daily during panchakarma, or Ayurvedic cleansing. It takes the mind, body and spirit on an inner journey of relaxation, mental purification, and rejuvenation. By encouraging deep relaxation, promoting energy flow, and purifying the body and mind, this treatment encourages a deep remembering of balance, wellness and peace that supports the healing process and allows for an embodied connection to Spirit.

Please cancel and/or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full amount.
