Marma points are an important element of Ayurveda’s healing power, as these energy points profoundly affect the body, mind and spirit to facilitate the deepest levels of healing. This treatment restores the proper flow of energy (prana) through the entire body and eases specific conditions while enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal. Sessions are deeply relaxing, grounding, and energizing. Marma Therapy enhances breathing, relieves body tension and pain, calms the mind, balances the nervous system, facilitates correct musculoskeletal alignment, and enhances mental and emotional balance.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel and/or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full amount.
