For emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and embodied healing
Breathwork entered my life as a way to come back into my body — to feel what had been held beneath the surface, and to meet it with presence and compassion.
This practice works directly with the nervous system, using rhythmic, conscious breathing to support emotional processing, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. It is both powerful and accessible, meeting you exactly where you are.
In Ayurvedic terms, the breath is our most immediate way of working with prana, our vital life-force energy. When prana is supported and flowing, the body has greater capacity to heal, regulate, and restore balance — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Breathwork is not about “doing it right” or having a dramatic experience. It’s about creating the conditions for awareness, release, and integration.
Private breathwork sessions offer individualized, supported sessions in a safe and contained space.
Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand what’s present for you — physically, emotionally, and energetically. From there, I guide you through a conscious breathing practice tailored to your needs and capacity, with verbal guidance and grounding support throughout.
One-on-one sessions are especially supportive if you’re:
working through stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
navigating life transitions or periods of change
seeking deeper nervous system regulation
wanting individual support
Sessions allow time for integration and reflection, helping you make sense of what arises and how it relates to your daily life. These sessions may take place in-person or online.
Breath circles offer the healing power of breathwork within a shared, supportive group container.
In these sessions, I guide the group through a collective breathwork journey, creating a space for emotional release, insight, and connection — both inward and with others. While each person has their own experience, the shared rhythm of the group can be deeply regulating and affirming.
Breath circles are ideal if you’re:
curious about breathwork and want to experience it in community
looking for emotional release and energetic renewal
seeking connection without the need to speak or explain
wanting a regular practice to support nervous system health
No prior experience is necessary. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
